This Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") applies to the "Lofi." mobile app (hereinafter referred to as "Lofi." or "Lofi Dot"), including any services provided through the Lofi. app (hereinafter referred to as the "Lofi. Services"). The Lofi. app and services are operated by Developer Shenglan Huang (hereinafter referred to as the "Developer" or "we"). Downloading or using the Lofi. app indicates your agreement to this Terms, therefore, you should make sure to read this Agreement carefully prior to using the app.
If you choose to use our services, then you agree to the collection and use of information related to this policy. The personal information we collect will be used to provide and improve the services. Except as set out in this Privacy Policy, we will not use or share your information with anyone.
Range of Information Collection
In order to provide you with a better experience while using our services, we may require you to provide us with certain personal identity information. The information requested will be retained on your device and we will not collect this information in any way.

We would like to inform you that whenever you use our services, in the event of an application error, we will collect data and information (through third party products) on your device, known as log data.
